Everyday I come across people wanting to know how to make free money at home. I usually tell them that it is indeed possible but there are things to learn and tasks to undertake to make this happen. So technically, it is not free. Not many things in this world are free, I hope you realize this. Things may cost less than others, but usually they cost sweat equity (as in time) or money.

If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and go to work, you can find a virtual goldmine of people willing to assist you along the way. But if you sit at home looking for free and have not even ventured out, the only things that will come your way for free are scams and things that will waste your money. 
 
With a goal of making money by spending as little as possible, you will be able to avoid necessary expenditure and focus on a specific task rather than moving on to the next thing that catches your eye. You can be successful at anything if you give it the necessary effort and dedication. The key with this is to be able to identify what is not working and make modifications rather than to perform the same ineffective or unworkable task day after day, expecting different results.
 
You must track and measure your activities and your results in order to know if something is working or not. If you are not keeping a detailed journal, you are relying on your memory which will indeed fail you. When you keep notes there is no argument or dispute as to what you did. 
 
The internet is full of distractions and you must devise ways to keep your focus. Do not start your day with checking your email since this can be a virtual time killer. Instead, make a list of the things that you wish to accomplish each day before you sit at your computer and stay focused on that list until you have completed all your tasks for the day.
 
Only then should you check your email and visit forums. Visiting forums can be a productive or unproductive exercise. If you go to forums with no goal, this will pretty much guarantee that your time will be eaten up without you knowing where it went.
 
However, if you have a specific goal or a time limit, you will have an end game and avoid the situation of 3 hours passing and you are still in the forum reading reading reading and essentially distracting yourself from your true goal. 
 
The main thing to keep in mind as you pursue your quest to make free money at home is focus. Keep your focus on your goal and you can create a life of financial independence without hocking your house and all your personal possessions.
